The slider for difficulty controls the setting for "DifficultyOffset" not "OverrideOfficialDifficulty" and it tops out at 1, you can't set it to 5 via the slider. So if you want 1500 max wild lvl, you need to go for OverrideOfficialDifficulty50.0. Where x is the value of the level you desire, note that the lvl goes up in sets of 30, so if you put OverrideOfficialDifficulty5.0 you get lvl 150 max.
